We spotted the pop tart outside of the chain store with her little sister Noah (who's a cutie herself) clearly indulging in a little retail therapy-nuthin' wrong with that!  Don't worry My Cy, this will surely blow over, after all, wasn't it only last summer that your Disney co-star, Vanessa Hudgens, had completely naked photos of herself leaked!  It's pretty much standard these days!
