Kelly Ripa and Regis Philbin had good reason to cover up in their rain gear today...to avoid getting covered in hundreds of custard pies.

The morning TV due showed they will do anything for ratings, even dodging creamy pies as part of the world pie throwing contest held on the streets of NY today.

    

Kelly Ripa might just be a couple of years shy of 40, but she showed she's one hot momma when she slipped into her bikini to enjoy some fun in the sun with her family in Miami. Kelly is down south filming her TV show with co-host Regis Philbin. But super-toned Kelly still had time to take a dip with her kids, showing off her ripped bod for all to see.

     

I love Regis Philbin. Everything he says makes laugh (whether it was intentional or not) and he's kind of out of touch and almost always mispronounces people's names.  But sometimes, Regis is on point.  Check out what he had to say about co-host Kelly Rippa getting inspiration from the Octomom.

We spotted Kelly Rippa in New York City yesterday.  The Live host picked up her kids, Lola Grace and Joaquin Antonio, from elementary school and then met up with hubby Mark Consuelos.

      

Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa got in gear for the taping of the Annual Soap Box Derby Race on their show this morning in NYC. Regis is just getting over heart surgery, so shouldn't he be taking things easy?

Kelly Ripa was looking buff and well-toned when we spotted her leaving her New York gym this morning. For someone who starts work at 4am she looked in a pretty good mood too.
