Denise Richards was back in court again today with her lawyer Neal Hersh and her father Irv for an emergency hearing in her custody case against Charlie Sheen.  The reality vixen is said to be court due to a reported issue at her ex-husband's home.  This is just another incident of a series of back-and-forth agreements and emergency hearings between the two sides.  You are right Denise Richards, this shit is way complicated!

    

Denise Richards treated her daughter Sam to a little "graduation" from pre-school party at a park in Calabasas, California yesterday.  Joined by her grandfather Irv, Sam looked to be having a fun time with mom on the playground followed up by a picnic on the grass.  Sam will officially enter elementary school in the fall, that's big kid stuff!

     

Is Denise Richards shielding her eyes from the sun or perhaps it is all the flash bulbs going off that's causing her to squint?  We caught up with Denise outside the Today Show, one of the many stops on the media blitz she has been embarking on to promote her own reality show.  The Ryan Seacrest-produced Denise Richards: It's Complicated is set to air on Memorial day.

   

This Sunday is Mother's Day, the day we take each year to recognize the special lady who helped to show us the ways of life.  When we think of Hollywood moms the first person who comes to mind is Angelina Jolie.  With three adopted children, one biological and one (maybe two) more on the way, Angelina has wowed us all with her ability to be a great mother while at the same time being a Goodwill Ambassador and making movies.  Of course there are other great moms we see in action all the time, Posh, Gwen, Jennifer Garner and Heidi Klum are all often seen having a great time with their little ones.
So this Sunday don't forget your mom, who is a star in her own right, especially for putting up with you for all these years!  And speaking of being abundantly tolerant, I would like to give a special shout out to my own mom for being such a great person; Happy Mother's Day Mimi!

We spotted Denise Richards having a lot of fun in Maui yesterday.  The mother of two practiced her hula skills and then later got some hands on instruction learning how to paddle surf. 

      

Who ever first thought of getting your boyfriend's name permanently inked onto your body was truly an idiot; you might as well just precede the dude's name with "I will break up with."  Thus Denise Richards made her way to becoming one of the countless women who needs to get a tattoo change.  Denise showed up at Kat Von D's High Voltage Tattoo Parlor over the weekend to have her "Charlie" tattoo changed on her left ankle.  The tattoo was of course an homage to former husband and father of her children, Charlie Sheen.  I guess Charlie on the ankle is better than Chaz over the boob, right?

Can you handle the cuteness?!  We spotted Denise Richards and her daughter Lola Sheen on their way to ballet class in Malibu yesterday.  Pink tutu+pink cowboy boots=best outfit of the day!  I wish I was allowed to go out dressed like that!

Denise Richards must love animals because when we spotted her at a petting zoo in California, she was getting on swell with some of the creatures on show. Denise had taken kids Lola and Sam to the pumpkin patch and animal park in Calbassas and it looks like they had a great time.

Just as we thought things couldn't get any worse, Denise Richards is whacking ex-hubby Charlie Sheen below the belt (or is he doing that?) as their child custody battle rages on. Denise, through legal papers issued in LA, is alleging Charlie likes to flash his wedding tackle on the internet, amongst other things.
