The Affleck-Garners are kind of the most normal family.  Ben Affleck was definitely at one point a  target of the media, due to his unfortunate engagement to Jennifer Lopez and many unfortunate movies, but it looks like he's settled into his role as husband and father pretty well.  The normal life suits you Ben, and you Jen look adorable together as you pick little Violet up from pre-school in Santa Monica.  I dare you to check them out and see if you can find them any less than perfect!

     

We spotted Jennifer Garner in the midst of a delightful little game with her daughter called "Mommy accidentally locked me in the car!".   Jen mistakenly left her keys in her car while Violet was still inside, but luckily after a few minutes she was able to get Violet to open the door for her.  Although I'm sure Jen was momentarily stressed, little Violet and her gigantic smile seemed pretty unaffected by the whole thing!

      

This Sunday is Mother's Day, the day we take each year to recognize the special lady who helped to show us the ways of life.  When we think of Hollywood moms the first person who comes to mind is Angelina Jolie.  With three adopted children, one biological and one (maybe two) more on the way, Angelina has wowed us all with her ability to be a great mother while at the same time being a Goodwill Ambassador and making movies.  Of course there are other great moms we see in action all the time, Posh, Gwen, Jennifer Garner and Heidi Klum are all often seen having a great time with their little ones.
So this Sunday don't forget your mom, who is a star in her own right, especially for putting up with you for all these years!  And speaking of being abundantly tolerant, I would like to give a special shout out to my own mom for being such a great person; Happy Mother's Day Mimi!

Violet Affleck is getting cuter and taller by the day!  We spotted the tot with mom Jen in Boston, who is currently filming the new Ricky Gervais film, This Side of Truth.  Violet looked to be having a good time, especially with her popsicle that eventually made its way all over the front of her shirt!

     

Are Jennifer Garner and Matthew McConaughey an item?!  Did Matt grow out his hair?   What's going on???  You can relax, the two are faithful as ever to Ben and Camila, they're just shooting a movie!  Jen and Matt are on location in the Boston, Mass area to film their new movie The Ghosts of Girlfriends past.  Believe me, I'm also relieved that Matt's hair doesn't really look like that!

How could you not love Jennifer Garner?!  We spotted Jen in her hubby Ben's home state of Massachusetts on the set of her new movie The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.  Jen graciously accepted some flowers and posed for pictures with fans, then later was spotted at the North Face, and doing some shopping.  Look for the romantic comedy to be released later this year.

We spotted the adorable Miss Violet Affleck with her mom Jennifer doing some grocery shopping in Brentwood, California. 

Ever the smiling celeb, Jennifer Garner stopped for fans after leaving the theater where she is staring in the Broadway revival of Cyrano.  Jen looks perpetually cheerful, that must be where Violet gets it from!

Violet Affleck has the best life ever.  She goes to the park, wears silly hats, gets carted around (I'm so funny) by her parents who seem relatively normal AND she gets to stop at the coffee cart!! I wish I could be this delighted by bagels...although on the right morning I guess I could be. Hey Violet, can you do me a favor and ask your mom to swing by my work with one of those donuts.  They look sooo good!
