A club employee has confessed to the murder of Ingrid Rivera, the 24-year-old woman who was found dead after Lil Kim's birthday party.  Sources said Rahman Syed, 24, a a bar back at Spotlight Live where Kim's party was held last weekend admitted that he killed Rivera who had been kicked out of the party at for being drunk, sources said.

Syed let Rivera back into the party and then lead her to the roof.  The two had an argument which resulted in Syed beating Rivera to death with a pipe.  The source of the argument in unclear, however earlier in the night another woman had complained she had fought off his sexual advances on the roof.

Lil' Kim's spokesman, Ronn Torossian, said in an e-mailed statement that Wednesday night was "the first (she) has heard of this matter."

The body of 24-year-old Ingrid Rivera was found on the roof of Manhattan karaoke club Spotlight Live last night.  Rivera had attended Lil Kim's birthday on Sunday night at the club in Midtown and had been reported missing on Tuesday.  The cause of death has not yet been determined but it speculation is that she was beat with a blunt object-possibly a champagne bottle-and left for dead. 

Rivera's cousin, Lizbeth Estrada, said that although she was not with Rivera her friends who had been with Rivera at the party told Estrada that she seemed "tipsy" and had been kicked out of the club and the last person Rivera was seen talking with was the bouncer. The investigator said that the killer was probably familiar with the layout of the building because of where the woman’s body was found.

Lil Kim has not yet commented on the incident however, LisaRaye McCoy-Misick, a friend of Kim's stated, “When I was there, everything was cool. But we didn’t stay very long. Celebrities never do. What musician isn't inspired by Michael Jackson? But of those who admire him, it's usually about his musical talent and not for the freakish plastic surgery he's gotten over the years...those, except for Lil Kim.  The Hardcore rapper has always been known for her outrageous, barely-there outfits (the starfish pastie anyone?) but she has recently taken a turn for the worse with her appearance.  I don't know what made her think this was a good idea, but if she wants to look like MJ maybe she should just stick to one glove or learning how to moonwalk or something.
