We spotted Ashlee "time will tell if I'm preggers" Simpson and Pete "nerd glasses" Wentz out in about in Los Angeles yesterday.  Ashlee, dressed in a long orange dress the same shade as her hair, is finally starting to show and Pete pretty much looks the same.  This baby is totally going on play dates with Harlow Madden. 

     

Well, this is an interesting little hang out sesh we stumbled upon! Pete Wentz was caught spending some time with new bf John Mayer at John's West Hollywood home yesterday.  The tattooed lover-friends (is this a new trend?) were peering out the window and John was taking some pictures with a very long lens...oooook. 

John wrote a pretty gushy post on his blog about his friend, saying, "You’re one of the best eggs in the music industry, hands down. With as much talent as you have, I’d expect you’d have some eccentric ego, but from what I can tell you seem to have none. (That actually makes you more talented, by way of some crazy cosmic arithmetic.) Every time we get the chance to hang I’m inspired by your creativity."

 AAWWWW.  Let the great bromance begin!

    

The ladies and gents of Young Hollywood were on hand for the launch of the new Ocean Pacific (Op) Advertising Campaign which will be sold exclusively at Wal-Mart, ooh la la. Kristin, Rumer and Kim all wore beachy blue tones while the dudes like Wilmer and Pete rocked some earth tones.  You may recall that Op was a HOT brand back in the 80s, so I'm sort of intrigued to see how they're going to bring it back...I could totally use a new pair of JAMS-type shorts for the summer. Check out the new commercial featuring all the "talent".

        

So now we know, it was indeed a shotgun wedding for Ashlee and Pete.  Pete released a statement on his website, friendsorenemies.com stating, "While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child.  This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family." 
I wonder if their baby is going to be born with really flat bangs and tons of eyeliner...

Apparently chocolate chip cookies get amazing reception.  Check out Pete Wentz as he attempts to dodge some paps as he was leaving a Starbucks in Bel Air over the weekend.

   

Mr. and Mrs. Ashlee Simpson were spotted in Los Angeles yesterday.  The newly wed couple strolled hand in hand to a Memorial Day party. Ashlee has still not confirmed her pregnancy, but it looks like she's trying pretty hard to keep her belly covered up.  Click through the gallery and tell me if you think there's a bump under that sweater. 

   

The recently hitched Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz arrived in NYC last evening.  The pair were all smiles and holding hands (Ashlee's big rock was hard to miss).  Oh yeah, those other dudes in Fall Out Boy were there too... Don't they know that if they want press they need to date someone famous?!  Surely there is a special lady or two from an E! reality show we could fix them up with.

     

What happens when you take one rockstar and throw in his dad and soon-to-be father-in-law (who was a Baptist minister) ?! Two words, INSTANT. RAGER.  That's right, Pete, Pete Wentz Sr. and Papa Joe Simpson threw down at Mr. Chow in Los Angeles last night!  Who needs strippers when you've got egg rolls?! 
Check out Joe playing dumb when we spotted him early in NYC yesterday; he was "clueless" about any sort of wedding plans.  Well, we know that was bs as he asked the cab to bring him to the heliport and he then showed up for the bachelor party of the century later that night in Cali.  (Joe also managed to sidestep any questions about whether this will be a shotgun wedding.  Baby names? What?)

INF presents you with these special, aerial shots of the Simpson family home in Encino, California where as you can see set up has already begun for the Ashlee and Pete's wedding.  It looks like there will be a couple of tents and one special tiny tent, where presumably they will be married under.  Check back for more updates on the boys' night out with Poppa Joe and Pete Sr.!

    

Is Pete Wentz trying for some star sightings?  We spotted the soon-to-be Mr. Ashlee Simpson stopping for gas in Los Angeles yesterday while checking out a 'map to the stars'.  It seems pretty certain that the couple will wed this weekend, however they're keeping their plans top secret!
