Robert Pattinson has returned to the motherland to premiere his new film Twilight.  The British actor cheerfully encountered a mob of giddy fans who all had their digi cams and camera phones out to score that coveted picture for their MySpace.

RoRo told reporters that much like his vampire character Edward, he likes to use some teeth when making out in real life.  "I've been known for a little nibble," he admitted.  But don't except him to just scoop up any young thang that comes walking by, "I'm not like prowling around!" he adds. Damnit!

        

The mobs of screaming girls has moved onto London, as vampire flick Twilight premiered in London tonight.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart looked the picture perfect goth couple dressed in a dark suit and a black dress that laced up back.  Not to be outdone were the Twilight fans, or Twilighters as they are known. UK fans showed up in full costume with banners declaring their undying love for Edward!

          

Please stop screaming, girls-I can hear you through my computer! 

We spotted Twilight hottie Robet Pattinson in Los Angeles last night.  The actor dressed in black and gray kept his bed head hair covered in a cap as he left a sushi restaurant. 

Have you seen RoPats on Tyra yet?!  Weirdo Tyra coerces young Robert into giving her a love bite on the neck!  Hmm, I didn't know talk show hosts yielded so much power over their guests....maybe this is a path I should consider!  Check it out below.

     

Or maybe he is just protecting his lovely eyes from getting cataracts.  We spotted Twilight star Robert Pattinson on his way to a meeting at the Cimarron Group in Hollywood.  The publicity group did all the advertising for the movie, so maybe now it's time to move onto "phase two"?  I'm not sure what "phase two" could be or if it even exists, but I'd like to think that there is a stealthy and precise campaign in place to launch RoPats as the most popular boy in the universe!

   

Teen vampires were the hottest thing at the box office this weekend as Twilight raked in over $70 million!!   The movie, based on a series of books by Catherine Hardwicke, is now the highest opening weekend for a female director.

Not that we are at all surprised, but, it was announced this weekend that Twilight's sequel, New Moon is already in the works!  Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will reprise their roles; how will you contain yourself in the mean time?

Robert Pattinson is really makin' the rounds!  Earlier today we spotted the vampire hunk chatting up Twilight with Meredith at Today and then this afternoon he found time in his busy schedule to stop by Tyra.  This time RoPats was joined by co-star Taylor Lautner who plays Jacob Black in the film.  Girls went wild, natch, and one lucky fan won a contest where she got to meet the cast of Twilight as well as a brand new car!

       

I think it's safe to say that Robert Pattinson's favorite look is "bed head".  We spotted the mussed RoPats with his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart this morning headed to the Today show.  The teens let host Meredith Viera in on the vampire sensation that is sweeping the nation!

            

My guess it that Robert Pattinson had a very long day yesterday.  His movie Twilight premiered to the shrieks of hundreds of giddy girls and it will probably be number one at the box office this weekend and he probably celebrated his hard earned success post premiere. 

So I'm thinking that the long day, plus screaming girls, plus celebrations (champagne) may have caused Robert to catch a bit of a headache on his way home last night; of course it was probably a headache of the best kind!

       

It's almost here!  Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart premiered Twilight in Los Angeles last night to a sea of adoring fans. 

The most teen-tastic vampire flick since Lost Boys took to the red carpet none too sooner.  RoPats and Kristen were joined by co-star Peter Facinelli (with wife Jennie Garth), as well as friends; Demi Lovato, AnnaLynne McCord and Camilla Belle.  The band Paramore also joined the cast as they their song "Decode" is on the Twilight soundtrack.
