SHARON STONE was all smiles yesterday when we spotted her out and about in Hollywood wearing a stylish Beatles T-shirt. Sharon has reportedly been at the centre of a custody battle involving her son and ex-husband. But she was laughing and joking and didn't appear to have a care in the world as she strolled with a close friend before going to lunch.

    

This is how a celebrity throws the peace sign when she's 50 and has arthritis... Only kidding Sharon! Have a great half-centennial and remember.. Basic Instinct was 16 years ago, so keep those panties on tonight.

Sharon Stone showed the French that even at 49, she's still got what it takes to turn a few heads at a party. The original panty-less partier showed up at the 60th birthday soiree for Christian Dior in Paris, looking immaculate in her white CD gown with the pink swooshy bit at the waist.. Hot!

Okay, so after we were congratulating Sharon Stone on her fabulous outfit at the Amfar benefit at Cannes yesterday, today she trots out wearing this monstrous ensemble! Luminous striped reptilian pants, topped off with what looks like an ill-fitting fencing shirt. We're hoping she was seriously hungover this morning when she picked this out.

There was an impressive array of celeb fashion on display at the annual Amfar sponsored ball in Cannes tonight. Sharon Stone led the charge with a floor-length metallic gown, and others including Naomi Campbell, Kylie Minogue and Mischa Barton were all on target too. Take a look after the jump.
