These ladies were dressed to the nines, but we think they looked like perfect tens! Eva Longoria wowed in a backless Naeem Khan white dress. America Ferrera kept is classy with her charcoal gray Monique Lhuillier lace gown. And Ellen Pompeo looked more like a model than a Grey's doctor in her platinum Nina Ricci gown.
