CONGRATULATIONS JAMIE LYNN! It has been confirmed that she has delivered a healthy baby girl! Little Maddie Briann was born at approximately 9:30 this morning to new parents Jamie Lynn and Casey who had their family (including big sister Britney) by their sides.
