It's Ashley Tisdale in a bikini!  The High School Musical star spent her 23rd birthday on the beach in Maui with her boyfriend Jared Murillo.  The two seemed to be enjoying themselves lounging on the sand and taking a spin on the water. 

        

Will it be three times be the charm for Uma Thurman?  We spotted the newly engaged actress with her fiance Arpad Busson in Saint-Tropez over the weekend.  The happy couple enjoyed the surf and sand of the French beach. 
Jeez, its not even noon on a Monday and already we are chuck full o' couples breaking up and making up.  I really think the idea for Speed Dating had to have come from observing how people hook up in Hollywood. 

    

Now that Ryan Phillipe's divorce from Reese Witherspoon has been finalized, he and new girlfriend Abbie Cornish are starting to get comfortable in the limelight. The couple were spotted attending a friend's bbq in Los Angeles over the weekend and were all smiles and holding hands. "Ryan definitely has a thing for her, and things are always good when they're together," a source tells US Weekly. 
Ryan's ex, Reese, has recently moved boyfriend of one-year Jake Gyllenhaal into her California home.  Ryan has also moved on, purchasing a $7 million home in the Hollywood Hills where reportedly he and Abbie have been spending a lot of time together.  Who wants to bet that she'll be preggers by the end of the year?!

    

Soccer player Christiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend Nereida Gallardo are still enjoying a holiday in Sardinia, Italy.  We spotted the bronzed and oiled up couple lounging by the water and enjoying each others company; coincidentally we also enjoy them enjoying each others company!

        

Things really are heating up on Gossip Girl!  We spotted Blake and Penn shooting a make out scene on the beach yesterday.  Judging from their all-white attire, my guess is that they all go to a Hamptons "white party" and Serena and Dan reconcile then go do it on the beach.  It's so hard to tell though whether they're being S and D or Blake and Penn!

      

We spotted Agyness Deyn with her new boyfriend Albert Hammond Jr. from The Strokes lounging on a bench in New York City over the weekend.  I know, a model and a rockstar, what an unlikely couple, but these two kinda look cute together in their lanky weirdness.

    

SO. CUTE. We spotted Blake and Penn off set in the Hamptons today going for a luvah's stroll.  Walking hand in hand, the two were all smiles as they enjoyed the warm summer morning.  (Blake and Penn are especially good at making an example of the whole tall actress/short actor thing.)  Gossip Girl is currently filming in the Hamptons; we've already got a peek at Ed's hot legs, I have a good feeling that we may get some shirtless Chace soon so check back!

    

What the what? Oh wait, Kirsten Dunst is dating someone named Matt Creed! Phew!  I thought she had a relapse and started drinking again!
We spotted Kiki and new boy toy Matt Creed (who is a DJ that probably does not spin faintly Christian crap rock) walking in NYC this afternoon. 
Upon googling this young man's name, the first page that came up was "Matt's Creed Page." Hosted by Angelfire, this old chestnut of a website is still some how kicking around...you can even listen to Real Audio files from the Human Clay album!  Aww, remember when the internets used to be so simple?

   

Spotted: B and P cozying up amongst the sky scrappers in Manhattan last night.
Ugh.  It's almost sickening how cute these two are.  We spotted off-set lovers Blake Lively and Penn Badgley out on a date; first making a stop at Tortilla Flats for some bingo and then later grabbing a coffee at Starbucks.  I bet if they were to take the subway (which obviously wouldn't happen in a million years) they'd probably be the type of couple who would make out on the platform too.  Well, jealousy aside, I think they look great together!  Things may be off for Dan and Serena but it looks like it's just heating up for Blake and Penn! 

     

Sienna Miller is claiming that the relationship she had with actor Rhys Ifans was "never serious".  In a recent interview Sienna opened up on her recent split admitting that she just didn't want to be tied down, "I really thought I was very ready to settle down, but then I realized I wanted to be selfish for just a little bit longer."  Well, clearly she's "over it" but that may not be the case with Rhys.  The Daily Mail reports that  he may be homeless, after selling his house to move in with the actress, and has been sleeping at friends' houses since their split earlier this month.  They also report that celebrity pals such as model Kate Moss have been rallying around the star and are said to be increasingly concerned about his state of mind. 
Sucks for him!  I say, Rhys, go have yourself a big ice cream sundae and maybe pick yourself up a lil sumthin'; new pair of shoes, some records, whatever...retail therapy totally works! And like I told Anne Hathaway, there's plenty of fish in the sea! (Is this turning into an advice column? I may start taking questions!)
