It's a cupcake frenzy today for celebs today.  First we saw Khloe Kardashian trying to sell 'em, and then we spotted Hayden Panetierre trying to buy 'em!  The Heroes star picked up a dozen or so treats from Yummy Cupcake in Burbank, Calif. this afternoon. Dressed in an interesting outfit and full make up, Hayden looked serious as she bought the dessert; is there something very solemn about cupcakes that we just don't get?

        

Tina Fey, one of my favorite people on this planet, has just signed a book deal with Little Brown Book Association!  There's not an exact confirmation of how much she will get, but word is Tina has been offered at least $6 million to write a humor-based memoir.

Tina is a hot commodity right now, recently winning an Emmy for Best Actress and for her dead-on impressions of veep nominee Sarah Palin. Speaking of which, there are rumors that Palin will cameo on SNL to do an impression of Tina Fey!  I can see Russia from my front yard has to be the quote of the year.

Paris Hilton pretty much spends her time flying around in private jets and making scenes in airports.  Today was no different when we spotted the heiress at Heathrow airport in London, with a film crew behind her.  Paris was most likely filming a segment for her bff show which is currently airing on MTV.  So, when do you think P will get knocked up by Benji Madden? That would make for some fantastic reality ("reality").

      

Wasn't Dakota Fanning like, 6-years-old yesterday?!  Now 14, the actress shows off her "grown-up" side in a black cocktail dress at the premiere of the Secret Life of Bees in Hollywood last night.

The Kardashians are becoming reality tv royalty.  Khloe Kardashian has decided to beef up resume with yet another reality show.  The 24-year-old was joined by contestants Joan and Melissa Rivers as part of Celebrity Apprentice as they tried to sell cupcakes to passerbys in Manhattan this afternoon.  Check out the new season early next year as Khloe shows off her business know how.

     

Work it out girl!  We spotted Nicollette Sheridan enjoying the beach and her pups in Los Angeles yesterday.  At almost 45-years-old, Nicolette sure isn't showing her age!  Despite her break up from singer Michael Bolton, the actress says they are still friends. 

          

Help! Mischa Barton needs some mascara, some Swiffer pads and a bag of Doritos, STAT!  We spotted the former O.C. star at a Rite Aid pharmacy in Beverly Hills yesterday.  Mischa, who hasn't done much acting these days, has recently launched a line of headbands (yes, you read that right).  Her exclusive headwear will be sold at boutiques Rouge, H. Lorenzo and Jennifer Kaufman.

        

She may have given us a wave and a smile yesterday afternoon, but by last night Suri Cruise was OVER IT.  The little tot buried her head into her mother Katie Holme's shoulders and covered her ears in Manhattan last night.  Suri was also joined by her dad Tom Cruise who has recently been serving as her toy liason (aka doll and stuffed animal holder).   Don't cry, Suri, you'll only be in the spotlight for...the rest of your life.

         

LiLo may have quit men but she definitely has not quit smoking!  We spotted Lindsay and Sam Ronson having a smoke in parking garage yesterday. The couple were headed to the Archlight theater in Los Angeles.

In related Lohan news, Lindsay's dad Michael has recently announced that he is looking to fight people for money (for charity).  Daddy Lohan stated that he will put "himself on auction to highest bidder to box three rounds in the annual Long Island Fight For Charity."  I wonder if Lindsay and Sam will hire some thugs to slug him in the ring!

        

MILEY CYRUS spent her 16th birthday party have a fun time at Disneyland in California. And she certainly made Mickey Mouse's day when she planted a huge smacker on his nose. Not sure what Minnie thought of the cheeky smooch though.
